How is this different to your other programmes?

All my other programmes are quit programmes, which means you are encouraged to try and not drink during them. This programme helps women find out if they are happy with the impact their drinking is having on their life.

How much support is included?

On the portal, on each module page, there is a contact form where you can ask questions about the content. I will get back to you as soon as I can, usually within 24- 48 hours.

How soon will I get access?

Straight away. You create your login details when you pay and then you’re good to go.

What if I can't watch the video's on the day they are released?

That is the beauty of this programme. You access the video’s through an online portal. They are released on a weekly schedule but will be there waiting for you until you are able to watch them.

It says this programme is for women. Can men do it too?

Absolutely. The coaching video’s are aimed at women and areas I touch on are more specific to women rather than men. However, the concept is the same, regardless of gender.
